CADIEEL is the Argentine Chamber of Electronic, Electro mechanic, Lighting, Telecommunication, Informatics, and Automatic Control Companies.
BIEL light+building 2009
BIEL light+building is the International exhibition that gathers the highest referents of the Electronic, electric, and lighting industries of Latin America.
Its edition number 11 will be held from 3rd to 7th November 2009 at La Rural.
BIEL light+building
It is an exceptional opportunity to make new commercial relationships, know the latest technological news, and also to visit and know the city of Buenos Aires.
To ease the search of companies and sectors, the show shall be divided into Groups of Products.
- Electric Power: generation, transmission and distribution.
- Lighting: equipment and components.
- Installments: Systems and components for electric and Communications installments in houses, buildings and industries.
- Automation: Automation in Installments for houses, buildings and industries.
- Electronics: Devices, materials, components, equipments and services for the electronic industry.
As a result of the effort made by CADIEEL and Indexport Messe Frankfurt, the biennial became the doubtless meeting point of the most dynamic sectors of the economy and with the best projections both at national and regional levels.
The last show edition counted with a total surface of 40,000 m² in which 403 showers were present and it was visited by 40,000 professionals from 34 countries.

Second International Round of buyers BIEL light+building 2009
The Second International round of buyers of the electric, Electronic, lighting Industry BIEL light+building will be held from the 3rd to 7th November, 2009 at La Rural.
The buyers’ rounds shall be made by argentine companies related to the electricity, electronic and lighting sectors with foreign import companies and/or distributors from abroad.
It shall be developed in the frame of the exhibition, in a hall specially adapted for this event. In its first edition, more than 60 Argentine companies held more than 300 interviews with buyers coming from Europe and Latin America.
Technical contest:
On the other hand, there will be different academic activities. Among them there will be the Third International Technical Scientific Contest BIEL light+building which main objective shall be to promote the interest in technological areas covered by the Exhibition and the Congress, as well as to promote studying and research.
Once more, the jury shall be formed by authorities of prestigious institutions, chambers and universities, and by notorious independent professionals.
The contest is open to the participation of all those interested in Power, Electronic, and Electric Security, as well as those devoted to Lighting designs.
The works may be theoretical, or descriptive of works done and must have technical- scientific characteristics only, those with commercial references are excluded.
Technical Congress
At the same time, the 11th International Technical Congress BIEL light+building will be held during the days of the exhibition in which themes such as Power, Lighting, Electronics and Electric Security will be discussed.
The lectures shall be given by International and national level specialists, therefore the Congress become an unmissable event for the industry and general public.
ELI Award
Based on an agreement signed between BIEL light + building and ELI (Efficient Lighting Initiative) the Prize to the Efficient Illumination Award, 4th Edition will be given out at the exhibition too.
